In March 2024 we agreed to funding of £5208.15 to purchase and install a reception desk in the main entrance of the hospital, this will commemorate the life of our late President, Iona Molesworth-St Aubyn DL. This project has now been postponed while extensive fire regulations work is being carried out at the hospital.
Also in March 2024 we updated the agreement made in 2022 to supply items to equip two Self Soothe Boxes for the East Cornwall Treatment team – the new cost is £375.07
In May we agreed to funding of £200 for the Lead Chaplain, Rev Kathy Brooke, to purchase various items including holding crosses, Mala beads, finger rosaries etc, also in May we agreed to funding of £799 to purchase an outdoor table tennis table for Harvest Ward.
In July we agreed to £3997 for Garner Ward to purchase a Raizer ll Emergency lifting chair.
In November we agreed to funding of £3000 to furnish a sensory/de-escalation room for Fletcher Ward
